The Akai mk3 keyboard brings the Akai pretty close to Arturia, so I consider it a wash vs how it was with the mk2.
Keys are a little longer and wider, so play is a little more comfortable

How sensitive are you to key feel & size? Is it going to sit on a desk or do you want it to be more mobile? How much do you care about pads & knobs? Do you prefer endless encoders? Which DAW are you using?įeels more like plastic, smaller & lighter Honestly, it really depends on how you plan to use it, and you're going to have a good time with most of the name brand controllers in this range.
